Not sure to which degree you mean so here are two of different variations of public you could choose from.

Kind of public: Go into change room at a mall, needing to piss, and fill up your water bottle, if you fill it up to the top and still need to go make some room for it and finish going. Leave with the bottle in clear view.

More public: Find a location in a large mall, maybe around some coats, and piss into a bottle, Fill at least half way and walk around drinking it.

As public as I can think you might want to do: Take the bus, subway, etc, and do the above as discretely as you can and drink up.

Fill a water bottle with your urine, and put it in the fridge to chill. In the evening, make yourself a rum and piss/coke. Fill a glass with half coke, half chilled piss, and top it off with a shot of rum. Sip it slowly, really savoring it, so it lasts at least a half an hour. Once you've finished it, make yourself another. Bonus points if you freeze the urine into ice cubes, rather than using it as liquid.

If a rum and coke isn't to your taste, or you don't have the items available to you, you may substitute whatever you like for the rum and/or coke.

Save your piss for a day using a 2 liter bottle. When it is full, take the bottle, and something to puncture it with into the shower or bath. Tilt your head back and start to drink from the bottle, while doing this punch a few holes in the top of the bottle to let air in to increase the flow rate. No stoping. If you don't drink it all, you must stand there drenched in piss for 10 minutes before washing off.
