Well, I think you cowboys have been slacking in your duties to keep the farm in order.
You need to sharpen up so, to ease you back into things get yourself outside (somewhere quiet / private will do) and strip off. Then do 10 push ups, followed by 10 star jumps. Oh and if you haven't posted in this thread yet, then you need to tie your shoes to your balls (by the laces) before you exercise!
