Thank you miss Kay, I punched myself as hard as I could 10 times and toughed it so I had to do the spoiler as well and I was not so tough after that

I will take 3 days of denial. And I did the 200 remaining busts but had to stop at about 120 and finish the last 80 in one sitting. It finally evened out the 180 hits to the right ball from miss Kay earlier.

Currently in chastity with new strict Keyholder so didn't fancy another 5 days after my release so my poor left ball is throbbing and i am breathing hard after the full 500.

I was already planning to add more time when my week was up so I’ll add the 3 days but give I was already planning to add it felt like cheating not to do the 10 hits, I was down my number 8 given how sore my balls are, but I got to knees and finished as hard as I could

Dang my poor left ball is been getting it good here, still didn’t have a spoon but used a wooden handle hair brush again, I did them in sets of 20, it took a bit but I managed to git through all 500 thanks

I pledge to stay in this thread for all of September but I completed this anyway. I grabbed my balls on my left hand and hit hard 10 solid hits. I didn't hit the floor.

I then followed the spoiler rules. This time I fell after 8 hits.
