Make some "ice tea" by filling up an empty ice tea bottle. Store it in the fridge for a week. Then drink it throughout the day. Just like real ice tea drink it chilled. You can add ice cubes if you want. And don't forget to shake well.

The next time you pee, all of your pee has to go into your mouth before you release it into the sink/toilet; e.g. pee into a cup, then take one mouthful at a time from the cup and spit it out in the sink.
