Possibilities: rooster is happy becasue it is a "spring chicken" ??

The original image refers to something about the 8 puzzles so far? Maybe number of posts made, or something else about them??
Maybe the arrow in the photo is pointing to the bushes not the girl?
Is there some kind of Spanish plant that is used to make switches to beat bums?

Looking over "P8" at google, ended up in wikipedia's disambiguation page which has this definition:

"P8 is the abbreviation of Perfect Eight, the Perfect octave, interval between one musical note and another with half or double the frequency"

Maybe whatever number comes from the happy rooster must be doubled?

Or it's simpler and it is just "plus eight"?

Clue: It being happy is irrelevant, it was just what baby used to describe it without using any other words. Try googling some words that spring to your mind to see if anything comes out of it.
