I think how careful I need to be with my core at the moment is putting me out of this thread. It's a great idea, though, and I really hope it grows and you refine it more to your liking. I'll be doing what I can to help keep the thread alive for you, but my participation will be limited.

Yes to get any points all exercises possible for you to do must be done. I will make exceptions for people who need it. If you have a legimate reason to skip something, you may and still count the points.

Oh, I've been adding my points without actually finishing the week up, sorry, though I guess that isn't too big of a problem since I have done every exercise.
Did the spiderman push-ups and 10 regular ones with 2 small breaks.

Okay, thank you. I'll look at each exercise and offer alternatives if needed, but will do my best with it. Just don't want people to feel disrespected.

Hmm, for this slow monday morning I'm going to add something little different. This is probably not going to be worth many points but might get you to try something new. It is sun salutation, try to do it in the morning

Since it is Sunday, I'll go from today until next Sunday.

50 pushups followed by 4 minutes of plank. All must be completed naked.
Can be broken up but will be rewarded fewer points.

I'm in to test for 0/250 points, get me fit boys and girls.
P.S. I hope I did this correctly

Naked is optional but I'll add 5 extra points for it.

15 points total for this one.And I choose the points. It can be broken up regardless as this is also for the less fit members.

I hate to mess with this so much but, I feel it is needed.

Just out of curiosity can you do a plank for 4 minutes straight?

Now I hope no one adds more exercises as today was supposed to be a rest day for me.

For this week's little report:
This week I actually started doing T25 exercise routine, that's the other reason I have not been adding here a lot.
I did the sun salutation just before posting it: 5 points
I have eaten junk food for 2 days, one being MacDonalds other being kebab.That's 5*5 = 25 points
I did 10 sit-ups like it's nothing: 5 points
On to the pushups. After doing 30 pushups as punishment in the other thread my chest was already hurting a little bit.
To start off I did 30 pushups fully clothed splitting them 22-8: 10 points
Then after getting a little warm I got naked and did those pesky 50 pushups splitting them like so: 15-15-10-10.
Doing them got my right wrist a little hurting and I won't even talk about how my chest feels right now.
At first I was kinda scared of 4 minutes planking but actually, it wasn't that hard, I am very surprised. The planks were split up like so: 1:12-1:00-1:00-0:48. The first plank almost being my maximum time. I think I could have pushed for a little bit more. 20 points
So this week's total is: 5+25+5+10+20=65 points.
That's actually a lot of points considering that this thread was pretty much dead this week.

Seeing as this thread doesn't have many people involved, maybe we could try to make exercises more personalized? Though it would require getting to know each members fitness level. Just a random idea...
And how come LitDarkness itself isn't performing any exercises hmmm? You are in GetFIT thread aren't you?

Quit calling me an itself before I slap you through the screen. And I just don't like participating in my own threads. From experience that leads to problems.

And I can but I would have to find a way to organize everything as I won't remember fitness levels off the top of my head.
