Clue #2: Every city on this list matters, you aren't going to be eliminating any. Some cities matter more than others.

and this clue is supposed to lead to a body part where you can spank... how???? do the connected dots form a shape or pattern on the map (maybe taking 8 at a time grouped).. guess you all have tried that..

You guys aren't far off from the answer at all (well, at least part of what you're saying is correct) - but you need to figure out what you've got to do with all the information you've got.

Clue #4: This puzzle is much easier than you think. Think about various codes. Cities were chosen at random, continent is irrelevant.

could it be (first?) letters from these cities encrypted (put in rows of 4s/8s then transposed??) in a simple cipher

maybe (letters from) capitals get special significance or form a different word

I already tried searching for acronyms using the first letters. Just garbage, not enough vowels; maybe with the last letters? But that doesn't make any more important than the other.

Oh, and replying from your GvB post, I like puzzles, but I suck so bad it's shameful lol

lets try another approach which parts would she probably want spanked.. try to find which letters are required to form such words and a pattern perhaps which will help us identify how to derive letters from cities
