On a spare evening as it is starting to get dark, make sure you need to pee and then put on some sexy underwear, dark coloured jeans/trousers and some heels. You can choose what you wear above the waist.

Once dressed, drink a bit more until you are desperate to pee.

When you are desperate, go out for a walk.

While out, you are to have an "accident" by standing and completely wetting your underwear, jeans and heels.

Once you have peed, you can walk home. Once home you can get changed, except your underwear which you should leave on for a further 30 minutes.
