I think you should during at least two nights set an alarm clock to go off every half hour, so if you got to bed at 10p.m, set it to 10:30, then 11:00 and so on.
Can do this for the weekend, so it doesn't affect work.

This stupid fool says that he is almost surprised that he can post a punishment again.
The dice punishment above just gave me an idea: Drink one Cup of Tea and one big glass of water before you start this one. You're not allowed to use the bathroom after you started to drink. Get a 6 sided die and roll it until you get each number at least once. Add all numbers you rolled and multiple it with 6. That's the number of minutes you are not allowed to use a bathroom after that game.

Well it took me 17 rolls to get all numbers! They added up to 53 x 6 = 318 mins! Would not have been so bad had it just been water, but tea always seems to go straight through me lol

I was not going to last the full time with out peeing, but as you only said I could not use bathroom, not that I could not pee, I pee'd in a bucket

O that is fine, i did not specify a time. And it does actually not really take time. Just combine with shopping or so.
