Well I adjsuted litle bit my old dare for you:

You will need to keep your phone or a piece of paper with you. Everytime, you will see two same digits in the row, for example on your watch, car reg. plate, in any text, billboard etc. (11, 22,...), write it down. Write also the rows of three same digits and four digits.

When you will see the row of three same digits, you must immediately squeeze your nipples. If it was 333, then squeeze both of your nipples 3 times, 777 -> 7times...
Than, write the number in your phone.

When you will see the row of four digits, it is the same as previous, but you have to squeeze your clit as soon as possible.

At the end of the day (it should be dark outside), when you will be ready, open your list of numbers and put clothespins on your nipples (one nipple - one clothespin). Here are the tasks:

rows of two odd digits: you must squeeze the pins on your nipples as hard as possible. The digit is the nuber of seconds, you have to squeeze them ( 55=5 sec.)

rows of two even digits: you have to tear down both clothespins, rotate them by 90° and put them back

rows of three digits: sum the numbers in the row (444 = 12...). The result is the number of minutes you have to stand in front of the window (no curtains or sun-blinds) and watch some porn without touching yourself. Keep the clothespins on. You can mute the sound, if you want to.

And finally the four digits rows.
