You are right was thinking about the and folding behind you instead of in front of you for some reason. Can do the same without the wrist/rope and just bent over the table/couch... Or strapped strappedto the table so you can't lift your torso during the paddling part.

Then taken from behind instead of oral.. Depending on the surface you are bent over.
