Hey there,

good news, I just found a new site, somewhat similar to temp.exp:

The URL is: https://getfaded.org/

The site allows uploads of serveral file formats to different galleries. Even videos or audio files.
You can choose from one minute your post lives to a very long time up to 10 years, even forever.
There is also an extension system, but right now it seem the extensions are unlimited only. Another downside is that all pics are downloadable and you can't switch it off.

So it might be only for the "hard" players

Let's see how we can adopt this site for our pleasure
