I am not sure how to describe ball busts to a girl. For this report, I am going to use the pain scale I have seen in hospitals. 1 is no pain; 10 is the ultimate.

I started by seperating my left ball with my left hand. After i did this, i started to slap this ball with my other hand. I really hope this is an allowable substitution. I used a wooden ruler for these hits. In an attempt to appease you, i doubled the hits. 200 wooden ruler slaps to each ball tied separately.
