Indeed - particularly suspension. Pooled blood suddenly released (eg. when a climber that has been hanging from a harness for some time) can have some damaging effects that the liver has problems coping with (pooled toxins). General rule of thumb - if its blue and cold, time for a release. When its rosy pink again then it should be ok to reapply. Blue is the new red, pink is the new green.

Suspension bondage can be very erotic. Just takes a bit of fore thought in terms of what can be reasonably maintained and for how long without the risk of damage of muscles/tendons. Suspension spread over many contact points is much safer than hanging by your wrists behind your back, or by your tits! This is Brittany. Yeah, i love looking at pictures of suspension bondage...but I'm a little apprehensive about trying it. I don't think reagen's house has any exposed beams...at least, none that I can think of.
