It seems like there has not been enough torture here so...
Do 3 of the tasks below. I gave options so hopefully everyone can find 3 in their limits. Do 10 edges with at least 10 minutes between each edge Put 5 rubber bands around penis and snap each rubber band 5 times Slap penis with hand 50 times.
