Choose a number between 1-280. Go to that page in the thread.

If the top post on that’s page is from a female, do the task listed.

If the top post is from a male, find a metronome and set it to 120 bpm. Hit yourself medium-hard for 4 minutes to the beat. Each one you miss/ skip is one EXTRA HARD hit with a spoon once you’re finished.

I did this and the first go was a male.

I have completed the busts. I miss 7 hits so did ,7 spoon hits too
