Spread eagle with a plug in... but I don't want to ruin your sleep for a month so the plug will be of normal size, the straps will be loose so your hands can almost touch each other and same thing for your legs. You can also choose every night if you will sleep belly up or down. Slept like this last night belly down with a normal plug in honestly I bearly felt that plug go in after having my largest in for hours.

Normally a few hours at a time but yesterday was nearly 8 hours
