Empty the contents into a backpack go home get naked in the bath and open and smear every single bag you collected over you hair, body, everywhere but your face. Stay like that for one hour. Get dressed then go out for a 20 minute walk (suggest you wear a hood) when you get in you can clean up.

Go on then human or dog poo permitted !!
