First you must sleep naked. Then a roll 6 sided dice - twice. The first number is the amount of hours you are allowed to sleep before you need to roll the dice again. The 2nd number is the amount of edges you need to do when you wake up.

So, example, if you roll a 3 & a 2 you can sleep for 3 hours, wake up and then edge twice. Then before going back to sleep you need to roll again and you get a 1 and a 6. Then you sleep for 1 hour, wake up and then edge 6 times. Keep doing this until you are at a time that you would normally wake up.
