Though with that in mind would Addi helping someone develop a task like that, knowing she had to it too, make her be MORE creative with it because of shared squirmy suffering and the satisfaction of putting someone else through it too or LESS due to the aftermath of having to do it?

It didn't stop her from adding edges or similar. It won't change the way she designes task.
But of course it is also fun to give this information afterwards instead of before
