Next time you shower you must fill your underwear in the back with shaving cream, soap, gel, anything of a liquid/viscous form you can get your hands on that applies to hygiene. You're going to focus on filling the back of your underwear, with the heaviest at the bottom to make it sag. Then you'll wash your hair as your underwear strains to contain it, before sitting on the floor of the shower and letting it all smush out. Anything that remains in your underwear will be used to wash your body- without taking the underwear off.
