I'm not sure what kind of laxatives you use, but you should take one normal dose, and then a one quart hot enema. While holding the enema, you can double diaper, poking holes in the inner one. If you have locking plastic panties, lock them on. If not, then duct tape the waist and leg holes of the diaper. put on 1 diaper and keep one around just in case, your allowed to change once during the dare. put 12 hours on the clock and drink 1 cup of water for ever hour that passes by. after your cup of water roll a d20 then spank your self that many times.
