I will make is an easy one, first wash your feet in the toilet then cover them completely with toothpaste, put socks on and then no changing socks for a week, but reapply tooth paste each day.

Cover your feet in glue and sand. Let it dry, then go about uour day as usual, no washing for at least 8 hours after dried, and make sure to get in between your toes!
