This kinda dare wouldn't kill someone. There body would make them pee at some point. That is what I was going for with the dare. The person would be uncomfortable for several hours and eventually wet themselves. Of course my knowledge isn't on a medical level, but I assume yours isn't either. I've done this same dare before and I ended up wetting myself before the 24 hours were up.

Actually it can be really dangerous because the water will change the levels of minerals etc in your body
