Fill a bottle at least halfway with piss. you may fill the rest with water or another liquid if you choose. Leave it in the fridge over night. The next day bring it with you wherever you go, drink it whenever youre thirsty. You can not piss again until it is empty. And next time you go, you must fill the bottle halfway with your piss again and drink it.
