Y You will wear double diapers 24/7 for 3 days. You may only change at either 7-7:30am or 7-7:30pm (You choose one and only one for a day.) If you don't change by 7:30am you're stuck until your next changing time (7-7:30pm), if you don't change by 7:30pm you're stuck until the following day at 7. You must take a laxative every morning and may not use the toilet at all for the three days.

Ok, so starting on the hour (5:00, 6:00 etc.) you must diaper up, and they're not going to come off for 4 days . During those 4 days you must attain 44 points, here's how;

2 points for wetting
4 points for cumming
5 points for messing

If you don't attain 44 points then you must repeat the dare at your earliest convenience adding a day. Your diaper must not leak at any point and if it does then you must repeat the dare adding a day. To this end you are allowed to wear more than one diaper BUT each diaper means 10 extra point that you must achieve.

for encouragement. For every night you are dry you must put ice (at least a cup full) in your diaper and go for a run till all the ice is melted

Take a diaper and weight it. Notice the weight and put on.
Wear and wet it, till it get the absorbance amount that the producer call for this diaper. After you thake of weight it again. For every 10 oz. Different you must wear a buttplug 1h. If your diaper leaks you must wear it for 24h, be careful ^^

you will put on a diaper and not take it off for one day you aren't allowed to change you can add diapers on top if you leak but you can't take any of them off.
