How is this rule going so far? Too hard too easy?

Couple stipulations / penalties (not really punishments):

If you must pee outside allotted times, 2 options:

1. When you pee, you must capture the first 8 ounce in a container and then kneel and drink it all through a straw

2. If you are not in a position to abide by stipulation # 1, next time you do have the privacy, you must wait 5 hours from last release, get completely naked, on hands and knees, edge 3 times (any pre-cum that oozes goes into the bowl) and pee into a large bowl on the floor. While still on hands and knees, 3 more edges, then drink pee in it's entirety through a straw. Of course, report in this thread

It's been pretty difficult to hit those exact times. I was going to go at 1200 and 1600 but I lost track of time and barely made it to 2000. I hadn't drank to much today and I still was super close to giving in.

Now that there are bigger penalties for messing up I'm very nervous about miss a time frame again.

Can't risk your health with these dares; it is most important to stay properly hydrated: drink minimum of 18 ounces of warm water every hour you are awake at 5 minutes after the hour from when you wake until when you go to sleep
