You're going through a hugely stressful time at the moment. I don't think I could have coped nearly as well as you under the same circumstances. Please don't forget that a large part of this is to make positive change and to be kind to yourself. The numbers aren't the focus; what is influencing them and how you can use that information to help yourself is the focus. Everything is information, but if you're getting so lost or dragged down by the minutiae to the point of being unable to learn from or use it, reassess.

Water +2 Sleep +1 Food +1 Exercise +4 Day: 8 Total: 85 Day 13: Water +2 Sleep +1 Food +1 Exercise +4 Day: 8 Total: 93 Day 14: Water +2 Food +1 Exercise +4 Day: 7 Total: 100 Day 15: Sleep +1 Food +1 Day: 2 Total: 102 Day 16: Water +2 Food +1 x2 days no exercise -1 Day: 2 Total: 104 Second week down. I've decided to give up my step target; it's not something I can manage healthily at the moment, and even if I were able to do it every day, at my current speed it's around 14 hours per week, which is time better spent on other things. Improvement will come, but I'd rather build up naturally and consolidate what I have, than stretch for more.
