The danger when u drink a lot of water (or anything else) and hold your piss is that u obviously increase the amount of fluid in circualtion in ur blood which dillutes the percentage of minerals contained in ur blood (it takes hours but it gets there)...

Now what is the problem with that
1. with more fluid your brain will start swelling... increase of volume... in the limited space of your kull that not good

2. the lower percentage of minerals in your blood will affect the electro-chemical balance that your brain needs to function properly. Try to remember your chemistry/physics classes... de-mineralised water doesn't conduct electricity very well, add some salt (mineral) to it... and the electricity is conducted nicely.
Your brain controls all your involuntary reflexes... heart beats, breathing...etc... so if its neurons cannot send the proper electro-chemical signals your body will eventuall pay the price.

The problem is the same if you drink a lot of water and still piss away regurlary. No brain swelling but you're "flushing" the minerals/vitamins out of your body. As well as affecting the brain, the lack of minerals will cause muscualr cramps. One situation requiring you to drink 2 or 3 gallons of water a day would be living/working in the desert. To counter that effect it is recommended to suck on small salt/minerals/vitamin tablets to replenish rapidly the vitamins/minerals in the body.

About the lady in the Wii contest... even if she eventually relieved herself and went home, she died several hours after. A nurse, or someone with medical knowdlege, at the radion station told the organisers it was dangerous but she was dismissed.

So you know what, don't drink insane amount of water and hold it.

If you want to do piss control, then drink a reasonable amount of water (may be one liter or 2 max... depends your size) eventually you'll feel the pressure.
Then hold it for 1 hour max, for your displeasure.

Women are asked to drink and hold when they have do to sonogram.

About drinking your own piss, even if people pretend there are some beneficial aspect to it, I personally can't understand how a fluid that contains all the crap that my organs have filtered (kidney, liver and may be others) can be good for me if I drink it. It's pretty much concentraded "poison" that your body rejected.

Urea is toxic only in large concentrations. The woman who died did so because she drank so much water that it diffused out of her circulatory system into her lungs. She literally drowned from the inside.

I've tried a toilet paper diaper before and it did really work, i had to drink tonnes of water, and after a couple of hours i wet myself, but the diaper all just dissolved and left me with some wet toilet paper round my ankles

Now on to off topic

Does anyone know any decent designs for toilet paper diapers?

damn sorry but about ureea: toxic but not poison, don't worry. I'd like to read that article about that woman. I'd say another person's ureea can be dangerous sometimes because some bacterias not tolerated by the other one. This also happens during sex sometimes: vaginal problems or alergies because of untolerated bacterias that the man have for example.

I have a movie of a girl drinking a whole gallon of piss but I'm not sharing...
