2x a day in the morning before going to work and in the evening to calm down and relax. Plus its very hot over100F where I live.

I take a shower at least twice a day.
In the morning I just wash my body and in the evening I wash body and hair, because it take ages to dry

I take shower all day of work week (5), wash my hands before and after toilet when @ work (don't know what's my collegues are doing when I shake hands) and generally nothing the week-end unless very messy

My shower schedule depends on my activities and others things.for the most part it's every other day though when it gets like it is right now, I tend to shower everyday to cool down. Too hot and humid here for anything otherwise

Normally I try to take a shower every other day, and once every three days during the winter when I don't sweat nearly as much.

But since there's been a drought here, I've shed all my clothes and reduced showers to when they're strictly necessary to conserve water.

Luckily I don't have to go out much, so I can get away with once a week. Though, I find it quite uncomfortable to go that long without bathing..
