Starting as soon as possible follow these rules for 1 week:
1:You may not wear panties when going out, unless swimming or something then you may have a swimsuit. (if you are on your cycle, you may wear panties at the cost of not wearing a bra)
2: Every morning roll a die, the number you get will dictate how many body writings you will have for that day
