On myself, it would be things with lots of ruffles, or things like this. Especially paired with corsets. Denim corsets and jeans. Button-down shirts with nothing but a bra. T-shirts and boy shorts. To be fair, though, I'm a huge perv and get turned on no matter what I'm wearing.
On men, it would be stylish sweaters, especially those of dark neutral colors. Or well-fitting t-shirts and jeans. If he doesn't normally wear suits, then seeing him in one is nice too. Oh, and glasses. Earrings, too. Usually, though, it's just enough to see him naked and wearing my collar. On some women, it's men's clothing. Baggy pants with straps, button-down shirts with rolled-up sleeves, wife beaters, T-shirts, boots, skate sneakers, biker gloves...on others, it doesn't really matter. They'll be on the floor anyway. But, once again, it's well enough just to not wear clothes at all.
