For every 10 more minutes it takes you to get to 3000 words you need to run 1/4 mile. For example, if it takes you an hour and ten minutes (70 minutes) you would need to run 1/4 times 7 which is 1 and 3/4 miles.

Love the new ideas!

I'm 2,600 in and have to take off for a few hours -- but I'll be back to finish up those dares (and another round of hot capsicum) and finish writing.
