For the next seven days.
Unless at work or school ypu must wearing a diaper. Every diaper must be worn a minimum of 6 hours, after being soiled.
You may remove it to go to work/school, but then when you get home put the dirty diaper on for rhe remainder of the 6 hours.
Anytime you go anyplace outside of work/school workout a diaper on you will add 2 days. So you want to come straight home to put the diaper back on.

May mine include public humiliation and maybe scat.

Ok, so when you already have to mess, take an enema of somewhat decent size, and then put 6 marshmallows up your butt. Then take a kotex pad, roll it up (sticky side in, absorbent side out). Then diaper up (pretty thickly, give a bit of waddle) and go for a walk in the park. It will feel like you really have to go, but the pad should act as a bit of a plug, making you not beable to go when you push, until it all comes out at once. Don't come back inside until you have wet and messed. I'd love a PM with results.
