During your nuzlocke, for each pokémon you catch, you must write the species name (eg. Eevee) and its nickname (eg. Clyde) in separate places on your body (don’t forget to include Miraidon).
As your pokémon evolve, be sure to add its new species name in another place on your body (eg. your Snom evolves, so you write Frosmoth on your body).
Every time one of your captured pokémon defeats an opponent’s ‘mon, slap the spot on your body with your pokémon’s name.
Every time you defeat a pokémon belonging to a species that you’ve already acquired, slap the spot on your body with its species name.
Every time you defeat a gym, Team Star boss, Titan pokémon, Elite Four member, the Champion, or any other boss fight, draw a star next to the nicknames of the pokémon in your party.
If one of your pokémon dies, draw a dick on top of its nickname on your body (if that’s too close to a limit for your tastes, you can draw a gravestone instead).
During your nuzlocke, whenever you come across a glowing black stake, you must pull it out and put a clothespin somewhere on your body (or twist your nipples for five seconds if clothespins aren’t a workable option).
