As Ben trailed off, not quite sure how to comfortably discuss their past relationship, Levi continued, "So, I started giving him the cold shoulder, then he tried to say he was sorry, that it wasn't his idea, but just knowing he did that, I don't know what to do. We still aren't talking."

"I understand," Ben assured, placing a hand on his shoulder, "If you want to get away from your dorm, you're welcome to come over to ours sometime. It's been too long since we've seen hung out anyway."

"Thanks," Levi responded with a smile, "Are you sure that wouldn't be too weird for Evan though, given our history together?"

"No, Evan's cool," answered Ben, "Don't worry about it. I've missed seeing you, Levi, as a friend, you know. Give me a call sometime."

"Will do," said Levi, with an extra twinkle in his eyes and a new lightness in his step as he continued his trek across campus, "See you later."
