The night before the 1 day of bladder control -right before you're about to sleep- you must drink 50 cl of water. Go to sleep after you drank the water. The next day you may only go to the toilet at the following timestamps.

04:00 - 04:15 - (only pee OR poo allowed)*
10:30 - 10:40 - (pee AND poo allowed)
14:00 - 14:05 - (only pee OR poo allowed)*
18:30 - 18:33 - (pee AND poo allowed)
23:00 - 23:01 - (only pee OR poo allowed)*

* If you need to poo then you are not allowed to pee and vice versa.

If you need to poop at any point during the day when you're not allowed to poop then you must do it fully clothed. You're not allowed to change for 1 hours afterwards.

If you need to pee at any point during the day when you're not allowed to then you have two choices. Either you pee yourself when fully clothed and not change yourself for 3 hours and drink 30 cl of water, or you pee in a glass and drink it all along with another glass of 30 cl of water.

On top of all the above, you must drink a glass of water (20 cl) on every hour.
