Okay so first of wear your jeans and sweater and tape both off at the end so no leakages. The. You will start off with 2 cartons of custard over your head letting the custard fall into your sweater. You will need:

1x jar of PB
1x bottle of glitter glue
1x large tub of chocolate Spread
1x large bottle of syrup
1x large jar of molasses

Now let's get colour started.

Number these parts of your body and have a dice ready.

1. Legs - toes up to your waistband
2. Arms - finger tips to shoulders
3. Chest/Neck - ribs to chin
4. Head/Hair - chin up
5. Torso -waistband to nipples
6. ROLL AGAIN TWICE!

Get a marker and section your body into those parts above so there are no gaps, yes some will over lap.

If you choose to wear underwear set out 6 different pairs and number off, roll a dice and these you will wear. No area gets left uncovered including inside and outside of the underwear you are wearing.

Now go down the list of ingredients one by one rolling a dice and striking that area off as you cover it with each substance being sure to use all of what you have got.

Cover every inch of exposed skin and wait 20 mins once finished before washing.

You need to get 6 different tins of food. make 3 gross and at least one sticky and also get a mixture of sweet and savoury. (a dog food if you are daring).

go home, get naked except for underwear.

you will take all the labels of and mix the tins until you don't know what is in which.

blindly select 1 tin at a time for the following tasks...

Get a marker pen and divide your body down into 6 different areas. For example:

1. Right leg
2. Nipples up
3. Back
4. Left leg and arm
5. Torso and right arm
6. Crotch, stomach and bum.

You can write in each area the number you have given it or you can write it down on a piece of paper.

You will wear your favourite underwear during this dare.

Now, gather up some messy items. I recommend some syrups, custard, treacle and some PVA Glue or Elmers glue.

Lay your messy items out in front of you and start working through them, rolling the dice to see where each goes. Do not leave one bit of your skin or underwear exposed
