Elli: I want you to shut yourself in your dark closet for an hour. You are NOT allowed to set an alarm or have any sort of way to view the time. Come back when you think the time is up, however, if you were too early, you must drink a cup of water, add 30 minutes to the remaining time, and go back.

(Keep in mind the rules of this game. If you fail to be able to hold it that long, you should be clothed and you have to pee where you stand. You cannot pee in the bathroom.)
