Give yourself a 4L enema containing plain warm water and hold it for at least 15 minutes.

You can lower the amount by 0.5L each by rolling a dice:

1. Use cool water instead
2. Add a generous amount of soap
3. You have to edge 5 times before releasing
4. Perform 10 jumping jacks every minute while retaining
5. Double the retention time
6. Spank your ass 10 times hard every minute

If you cannot hold it for the duration you are not allowed to cum for 3 days.
