Your allowed to pee at 9am, 12pm, 4pm and 9pm. Every 3 hours you drink a bottle of water and each pee will cost you drinking another bottle of water. If you can't hold it you have to pee yourself

Drink a full glass of water every hour on the hour, that means you'll have a few times where you'll be peeing and drinking at the same time. If you drink or pee outside of the time, drink 2 penalty glasses of water, and the next time you go you have to lay down in the shower to pee.

You can start off without a diaper... but you must drink 2- 8 oz. cups of water after each break. Any accidents will result in a diaper worn for the remainder of that day, and any remaining toilet privileges for that day being revoked. If work conflicts, you may wear pull-ups instead of diapers. No one will notice you are wearing one... unless you leak of course! :P
