Loser must send 5 different humiliating messages of the winners choice to 5 female acquaintances of the winner. Looser rolls a die to decide if he has to add:
1: a humiliating pic, no face
2: a humiliating pic showing face
3: something embarrassing that happened to him
4: his email address
5: his first name
6: his last name
These rolls are CUMULATIVE.

The winner then has to provide screenshots of the girls' reactions to the loser, who has to create a text-to-speech file of it that he has to listen to once a day for 3 weeks.
Both the winner and the looser can decide to omit steps that are too personally revealing, but have to complete 1 painful punishment of the other's choice for each time they do this.

For females or people of differing sexual orientations, adjust accordingly.
