Loser must purchase a pair of underwear chosen by winner (locally or online, £10 max, unless more agreed upon). Loser will then wear and/or use the underwear however the winner wants. Loser will then mail the used underwear to the winner.
Decider determines what the winner will do once receiving the underwear.
