ok the dare is simple really loser has to do a public diaper dare for the winner.

winner will control location, diaper thickness/diaper changes, and fluid intake of the loser

winner will be able to diaper check the loser at will and provide tasks to do while out.

limits should be respected and this one will be wetting only.

loser has to do a public diaper task set by winner within limits while their diaper is exposed loser gets to pick the time they do it though. so winner can be a bit more harsh if they so desire.
