Make a sandwich and put it on a plate. Take it to your room and remove the top slice of bread and then poop on the sandwich. Then take the top slice of bread and take a wipe up through your ass with it. Then leave the amount of poop you're willing to eat on the sandwich and place the top slice of bread back on and eat the whole sandwich and enjoy.

For me: I can't do smearing or anything like that or anything involving a toilet, but mine can include anything involving food and eating, etc. and anal.
