Your board currently looks like this if it helps you decide

Good
For 48 hours spank each ass cheek 20 times with a hairbrush every 2 hours when possible.

Ice nipples for one minute followed with 5 warm wax drops to each. Repeat 5 times in a row.

For 24 hours whenever you need to pee edge once first.

Every time you touch yourself for 48 hours is 10 spanks to each nipple at the end of the days.

Bad

Whenever you swear for the next 6 hours, mouth soap yourself for 30 seconds each time. (Soaping to be added up at the end of the hours and done in one go.)

Strip, then apply 10 clothespins on yourself in a row and spaced about an inch apart. Start with the front of the snake on one nipple - you choose. Move the back one to the front of the line to move the snake along. 50 moves and done.

Complete a writeforme task of at least 20 minutes. (Can either choose your own or ask someone to choose/create one for you.)
