The math doesn't work out. The default ticket allocation is 26 but the possible reductions also add up to 26. If someone uses them all, they're left with 0 tickets. The default should probably be 28.

Good spotting. My spreadsheet incorrectly had hometown set to 2, rather than 4. I've updated the hometown bonus to 4, and bumped the total tickets to 28.

1) Draw as usual, with 1 of the 4 entrants exposed.
2) Extend this round until the end of July.
