Each post counts to your own personal denial time AND towards Nanami. So actually one post means two hours of denial but in two separate session (So much for not posting doh...here Nanami take +1hr)

I am really not keen on excersising, so even with the reduction seems pretty nice, I decline this time... Maybe next time
