For 3 days of your choice everytime you use the restroom (when you're alone, and noise isn't an issue) you will kneel in front of it and remove your shirt and bra. Thank you for the dair I did this one yesterday it really hurt especially if just the edge of the seat hit my nipple because then it would pinch.

Hey Zctt!
As usual your tasks never fail to have me squirming in pain and this was no exception. I rarely use ice not a huge fan of it for obvious chilly reasons But I sauntered over to the freezer and grabbed 2 cubes. I use fun ice trays so it was stars, daleks, or Tardis'. I voted for stars since those other are much bigger cubes lol. Once I had them I went back to my bed and placed each star on my nipple slowly moving them around causing my nipples to poke out almost immediately. I kept rubbing the ice across my nipples they were so cold by the time they were melted and the cool water running down my tits. I grazed my fingers over them before grabbing my hair elastic and they were sooo cold. I definitely wasn't looking forward snapping the band over my perky freezing cold nipples. I started with the right side and stretched the band across my nipple and pulled it back and released it. I winced and squirmed on contact… and I just thought, "fuck this is going to be a tough one!" I decided to get my bite gag I thought I would need it. I did some more snaps on that side then switched to the other to even it out and give my nipple a break. Each snap felt like fire biting into my poor tortured nipples. I definitely made great use out of my gag biting down and yelping with each blow. I hit 35 and I didn't know how I was going to keep going. I shut my eyes tight bit down hard finished my snaps. My nipples are so red and have little red lines running across them where the band bit into them.

Mm this was a new impliment for me. I had never used a rubber spatula there before. The rubber definitely added a new stinging sensation. I did mine in grouping of 10 on each side before switching to the other to keep the pain going on each tit. I would say this definitely stung more than I had expected once I had 30 on each side I just wanted to go quickly and get the rest done. I grabbed my headboard and did 8 hard quick smacks to the left then 8 to the right. After I was done I looked down and my tits were nice and red. I did notice some rounding marks from the edge of the spatula to serve as a reminder of this spanking
