Winner will send the loser 3 full public crossdressing dares. The loser may refuse any of the dares, but each refusal will be replaced by 2 different full public dares. So, for example, if the loser refuses two of the three dares, they will have to do 5 dares instead (the 1 they originally agreed to, plus the 4 replacements).
